Photographer/Historian, Amanda Emily, always finds good little nuggets from the past and shares them on her site, Feeding the News Beast. Monday’s post was all about Norman Alley striking gold on a bowling alley.

Back in 1948, there weren’t steadicams around… and when ask to get a shot of a ball rolling down the alley, they is what Mr. Alley came up with – a simple film camera strapped to a broom.

The look of pure joy in his face says it all. What other jobs pays you to play like this?
