Crews control

I have heard a lot of good things about Crews Control, and they sent me an application.

However, they put under camera requirements a "broadcast quality" camera Beta-sp, Full Size DVcam, Digibeta, XDcam, full size HD or higher

My current equipment is a Panasonic HPX370, Sony Z1U, Canon XF305 and Sony EX1R.

Do you think that these cameras are good enough to shoot with for Crew Control?

(I currently do not have the cash flow, insurance, or capital to purchase a 2/3rd inch chip camera, since this is my first year back in this market after a 4 year hiatus.)

Second, question, do they pay a good day rate? I noticed that they take 15%. I also don’t have liability insurance, so that would be an added expense that I would have to cover.

I also have a 3-channel mixer in my sound kit, NOT a 4-channel, which is required by Crews Control.

Should I go ahead and submit my info and take care of the insurance? Or, maybe I should wait until I get a better gear package together?

Thanks.
