I woke up to this today. Washington is going to auction off airwaves to pay for jobless benefits.

I don’t want to get political, but to me it seems like this is a long term sale for a one time benefit that could cause major problems for us guys who use wireless mics (and more).

Keeping my fingers that my Lectro frequencies will still be safe in a couple years. If not, here is to dream that wireless mics go into a new generation where we don’t have to worry about FCC & telecom companies (if it is even possible).
