Seriously it is a black hole – especially the newsfilm era compared to their brethren a few decades earlier. From the 20s through the 40s, news cameramen managed to leave behind quite a bit about their careers. Then you get to television and its nothing. Nada. Zilch. (with of course a very few notable exceptions).

In other-words unless I happen to come across a trove of either television or newsreel photography content, after nearly three years of posting photos, stories and other related miscellanea from long ago on this blog, it seems that I’m starting to run out of content…
