i went through 3 prompts and then Lou answered on the first ring. He was GREAT. Listened to my input, made a couple of quick suggestions and then took my number promising to call back. You know how that goes…again, I was skeptical.
Two minutes later my phone rang – Lou had another guy on the line and he listened to me describe my situation. Even though the issue was with one of my settings on the Nanoflash, the guys at sony came through. He picked out the wrong setting (recording 4 channels of audio instead of 8 sometimes prohibits writing to a disc…who knew?) and i was good to go.
I really expected to get lost in a never-ending hold. i got exactly the opposite. If you have a technical issue with a Sony professional product, I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call.
