I’ve got a small business owner, (the business is the guy, his fiance, and his mom,) who I am in talks with to produce a couple of half hour "how-to" DVD’s using his product. This is the same type of thing as what I do in my day job, so the content will be familiar territory.

Thing is, I have no idea how much to charge the guy. I’ve been told by one person that $5000 PER dvd would be about right, does this sound right to you guys? It’s about a five hour drive from my house to his business, so I want to make sure that it’s worth making the drive, and takign the time off to shoot and produce it. I obviously also don’t want to price myself out of a job either.
