hey all, I was just offered a position as Commercial Producer back in my home state….I’m currently working as a Photographer/Editor in news at a small bureau in TX. I just moved here in October, this offer came just the other day. I was very surprised, didn’t expect something like this, esp this soon and closer to Christmas.

I spent most of my career in creative services, only worked in news when I had too….I don’t like news at all, definitely want to get back into video production. The station is not HD yet, but will be at some point.

With some family losses, I feel a great pull to get back near my home, esp back to a normal schedule and having a life, since news is all consuming….I have to let them know by this Monday, so far, everything looks good…..
