I needed some thing to power and direct them right away, so I bought a bunch of clip lights of various sizes. However, they’re fragile, don’t work well with light stands, and are hard to shape.

I thought I’d seen some Smith Victor units that took regular house hold bulbs, but had barn doors and mounts for light stands, etc. However, I’m having trouble finding them.

Has any one seen such a thing? Any other ideas? I know these aren’t great lights. I don’t intend to use them for my main lighting, but they have their uses and I’d like to add some to my tool box.
