Anbody know if I can build an iPad wireless monitoring system?

I would be using an HPX3700 Varicam and possibly an HPX2000 or 3100, or another Varicam as the other camera. I was wondering what kind of hardware I would need, I am also wondering if there are SD composite transmitters and recievers out there and who makes them? The rentals on these units is utterly ridiculous, a Starlink at VER is $950 a day! More like Star Stink in my opinion.
