Here is my goal-have a continual one hour loop of audio recording of audio that is playing out of the audio section of a computer…in this case, recording the online playback of a scanner feed, like on radioreference.com so that we could hopefully scrub back and try and relisten to scanner calls in breaking news to see if we missed any important details.

Windows computers, free is better if it works, not opposed if it is relatively cheap.
