French Githens, president of The Newsreel Theateres, Inc., of New York City, who was formerly managing editor of Pathe News. Mr. Githens says that, during his regime at Pathe news, any newsreel cameraman who sent in a panoram made for any purpose other than following action was promptly fired.”
