I was wondering how I should handle making a resume to a competitor station?
I’ve only been employed at this place for a few months (less than 6) but a position opened up at a station I would rather be at.

Is it even appropriate to try to go to a competitor? I’m not even sure about references because I’ve been here for such a short time that no one has really gotten to know who I am yet. Should I put down someone I work with? Or use references from my past job?
