"Gasland" documentary team arrested in Capitol

So, it seems that the director of the "Gasland" doc was in a hearing room, attempting to shoot a Congressional committee discussing fracking and the Wyoming town featured in the doc, and was arrested at the order of the Republicans on the committee, over the objections and a move to allow the team to stay by the committee Democrats.

There seems to be some confusion over whether a "public hearing" is fair game for TV coverage. Any of the DC members have any thoughts on this?

It’s also amazing to me, even in this era of aggregation by on-line organizations, how many blogs and news sites simply linked to the original HuffPost piece, instead of doing any further reporting.
