Photog Cuts At 5 – 2/16 – DCRTV hears rumblings about some photographers cuts at Fox-owned Channel 5/WTTG. We told that a group of freelance photogs will be laid off due to the "centralization of master control." And that "master control personnel are going to be trained to edit and shoot," with the later-hired personnel getting pink-slipped. There may be some freelance reporters cut soon, too, at WTTG.
