A silly question…but since I just finished my taxes for the year, my accountant was asking me the usual "do you have an office" question.

I don’t.

Frankly, it’s due to limited space at home, as well as my desire to only spend money where I need to.

I edit at home once in a while. But just as often, if not a little more, I’ll edit in the field.

The other side of me wonders…is it really worth all the hassle and extra expense? Whether it’s in my house or a rented space away from the house.

Just curious…who has an office? Where is it and is it really worth the effort to maintain a true office space legally recognized by the IRS if you are a freelance cameraman?
