The company wanted their own people to do the video. That was fine with me. What wasn’t fine was their legal dept. gave them a script that was terribly complicated.

It was frustrating for the nurses; they are by no means public speakers. It was frustrating for myself because the shoot went way overtime. I tried to be supportive to the nurses and keep the atmosphere light. But they really struggled with the words. I would rather they put it in their own words because they would be more interesting and natural on camera. But the legal beagles probably wouldn’t like that at all.
In a couple of weeks, I’ll be going back to tape a few more exercise segments. What would you suggest?
