I’ ve heard a lot of videographers touting the merits of capturing audio with a separate digital recorder. So I decided to invest in one myself. I have to say for voice overs its great.

Last weekend I tried something more adventurous; an outdoor band concert.
The audio is beutiful. Not so great; trying to sync the audio. Somebody suggested I recapture the audio from the recorder’s line out. Not what I bought the recorder for.

Any suggestions?
