I’ve only participated once and that was by chance and not by plan–outside of the yearly silly live shot when working in news. I was headed out of town and drove by a shopping center when it opened at 6 AM. What Chaos.

This year my wife did Grey Thursday and some late Black Friday shopping. She actually scored for my business. She picked up a hand full of Sandisc SDHC cards, (Class 10; 30/mbps speed) at a sweet price. The 32 GB were $17 instead of $70. That’s a nice 75% off. 16GB were $10 from $40. Limit 5 each of course.

I’ll pass on the low quality TVs for $300, towels and other stuff, especially the crazies that camp out three days in advance and smell just like that. But if we can find gems like this I might have to get into the act on purpose.
