I’m trying to see if there’s a link to a live truck safety video online that actually demonstrates how to do the "bunny hop" from an electrically charged truck and explains the concentric circles. I’m NOT referring to this one:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gfloNa2C6mw
-even though that’s a good one, it doesn’t really explain or demonstrate the bunny hop. It only shows an actor getting electrocuted by not doing the bunny hop, and doesn’t really outline the steps of what to do if you’re in a live truck power line incident. The video I’m referring to is one that we all had to watch again each year at the last station I worked at. I remember that video they showed us each year was titled "Look up and live," but I think it’s not the same video as the one in the one I linked to here. The one I’m looking for has a dramatization of a reporter and photog going to a live shot and the photog scouting his live location and taking all the recommended precautions for staying safe. If anyone knows of a link to this video, please post it here.
Thanks
