Just had this excellent mod done by Macie Video on my HDX900 which makes using a Pix240 or Nanoflash even simpler. No need to have tape in the camera to make the digital device start rolling. Light on in the viewfinder lets you know the data is recording. Can start and stop the device from camera or lens (as opposed to having to start from the digital device). Extends the life of these HD cameras! I’m very happy with this mod and just wanted to share.
