An unidentified KFMB photog filming on the beaches of San Diego back in the late 1950s-early 60s. We all can guess what his subjects very likely were with that grin…and it probably wasn’t the water.

And since Mr. “Overdressed for the Beach” is unidentified, a long shot question: does anyone recognize him?
