I’ll get right to it:
I’m totally new to ENPS and am trying to wrap my head around its benefits (and shortcomings). Some of the instructors use it at the school I’m teaching at and recently informed me of an issue they’ve been seeing and need to resolve ASAP.
The issue:
It looks like ENPS is deleting Rundowns on it’s own. From what I can tell, with my limited knowledge of the software, is that it’s deleting anything that’s older than 1 month.
I thought this is probably a default setting somewhere that you can change, but I’m having trouble finding where this setting could be to change it. As far as I’ve heard from the other instructors, this did not happen in the past. They say ENPS normally would save all Rundowns unless manually deleted.
Can someone help me with this? ENPS AP support is very limited (meaning they don’t provide any help).
