end of year purchase

So what's on your own list of
goodies to purchase before the end of the year?

My van is full, so there's not much room for anything big!

I'm looking at lighter shipping cases for my lights, both tungsten & hmi ... leaning toward Tenba's air cases ... they're lighter than Pelican, but seem fairly sturdy. Also, some wheels for a MicroDolly jib, possibly a Source 4 adapter for my Joker 400, and maybe an upgrade to the wireless system.

No new camera dreams, yet. Just asking Santa to keep that Ike going for another year or two.

If you have a boom/shotgun set Audiovend (in Houston I might add, a top notch group for live wireless rentals) has the new Zepplin from DPA, it is a very cool design,in an "aerodyamic" shape to avoid and block wind.

I bought a Sony Z1U HDV camera to add to my arsenal.

For a camera that price range and size, it's HD is pretty impressive, great as a B cam on HDCAM shoots.
